Function description

Dashboard

The dashboard shows the status and overview of the organization. Visualize sales and expenses with charts and pie charts.Daily, monthly, and yearly sales and expenses totals and appointments.The dashboard includes an appointment calendar where you can view all appointments, and by clicking on an appointment you can view patient history.

Departments

You can store all department names and descriptions in the hospital.

Doctor

You can create, edit and delete doctors. Can manage doctor's appointments, schedules, holidays. You can check your doctor's treatment history.

Patient

You can create, edit and delete patients. Can manage patient records, documents, payments, appointments.You can view patient history with a nice timeline from the history button in the patient list.

Appointments

You can create, edit and delete appointments. Can manage today and upcoming appointments. You can view appointments by status such as Requested, Pending, Confirmed, Processed, and Cancelled.

Human resources

This is a module where you can create all hospital staff such as nurses, accountants, receptionists, pharmacists and laboratory technicians.All these employees can log into the system with their specific access rights.

financial activity

Payments, fees, invoices, payments due, daily, monthly, yearly, and date reports, etc. can be managed from this module.

Prescription

Prescriptions can be created and managed with dynamic drug selection. The link between the prescription and the pharmacy allows the pharmacist to view all prescriptions.

test

All lab reports and report templates can be managed. The template system allows the creation of report templates. During report creation, you simply select the desired template.Then just change the value.

Medicine

Drugs and drug categories can be added, edited and deleted. You can view drug inventory alerts

Donor

This module is for blood donors. You can list all the donors' names and their contact numbers and notify them via SMS and email modules when needed.Blood Bank shows the number of blood bags in your inventory. You can edit this information.

Can manage beds, bed categories, bed assignments.

You can view the latest reports of all financial activities.Robust user activity reporting where you can find user-based financial reports such as the amount of cash collected by each accountant and receptionist. You can view each doctor's commission.Birth, surgery and expiration records can be inquired. Daily, monthly and yearly payment and expense reports and more.

Email

You can send emails to different groups, such as all patients of a specific blood type or all doctors or donors. Individual patients and any other email addresses can also be sent.You can configure automatic email templates. Emails are sent to patients and physicians during appointment creation, payment, or live meetings. You can create these emails from here.

Sms

You can send text messages to different groups, such as all patients with a specific blood type or all doctors or donors. Individual patients and any other email addresses can also be sent.You can configure automatic SMS templates. Text messages are sent to patients and physicians during appointment creation, payments, or live meetings. You can create these messages from here.You will also need to select the SMS gateway from the settings options. There are several SMS gateways integrated in our system.

Websites

Our front-end site is the hospital's portfolio site. Public users can make appointment requests from here.Sliders, featured doctors, services are also there and can be added dynamically from the backend.

Settings

You can change the hospital name, credit limit, currency symbol, phone number, email address, and more. Payment gateways, languages, bulk imports and database backups can be managed.
