HotSpot works fine in backend preview but not in frontend?

please tryWrap shortcodes in raw, as:

[raw][hotspot id=789 /][/raw]

Some themes will add blank

to the content of the shortcode, which will break the plugin. The raw tag prevents it from adding unnecessary whitespace p tags.

For previous buyers, how to update?

Just download the latest package from CodeCanyon, unzip, upload and overwrite the file in the server, such updates will not lose data.
