Table Rate Shipping for WooCommerce

This table rate method for WooCommerce is able to add multiple rates for a given customer based on various criteria set by the admin.These can include shipping destinations, cart subtotals, item shipping categories, prices, weights, and more.

Each row allows multiple costs to be used to create combinations, for example:
- Fixed fee + percentage of fuel surcharge
- Base fee plus additional weight gain
