The support forum feature marks forum topics as .

Support status is marked in the forum list and highlighted next to the topic title.

Support staff can easily change and mark a topic's support status without replying. This prevents unnecessary postings.

Search support forums

Search the support forum topic or search for a specific forum.

Forum Monitor

The Sentric theme comes with a support page called "Forum Monitor"

Forum Monitor helps you check the status of threads and participate easily.

Populate a resourceful knowledge base that enables visitors to vote because knowledge base articles are helpful.
