   Easily create unlimited plans and set user limits, department limits, and disk space limits for each plan. Plans can be public or private. All plans support monthly and annual subscriptions.Free plans can also be created. You can also enable or disable the free trial.

   Easily manage all your subscribers from the admin dashboard. View invoices and overviews of subscriber application usage. You can also suspend accounts, change plans, and edit subscriber details.
   

3. Support for multiple or single databases
   The application supports the use of a single database or multiple databases for tenant (subscriber) data. You only need to change one setting to change the mode!The single database model is especially useful in shared or cpanel hosting environments.
   

4. Supports multiple currencies
   You can set up the application to use multiple currencies. This allows you to bill subscribers in their local currency. Currency can also be assigned to payment methods as needed.

1. Department and Membership Management
   Easily create and manage departments. Assign members and department administrators. Department administrators can view requests to join a department and approve or reject them.Department members can be grouped into teams for easy messaging and planning.
   

2. Event Roster and Task Schedule
   Department administrators can plan activities for department volunteers for upcoming events. Automatic reminders are sent to volunteers a few days before their shift. Volunteers may choose not to work shifts.
   

3. Resource sharing
   Members can easily create downloads to share resources with other members. Each download can contain multiple files and can be downloaded individually or as an archive.
   

4. Internal messaging system
   All users can send messages internally. The system has a local inbox and sent messages folder. Messages are also emailed to recipients. Messaging supports uploading attachments securely.Administrators can easily send messages to the entire department at once.
   

5. Short message
   Administrators can set up SMS accounts on the system. We support 4 SMS gateways. Admins can department admins can send messages to all members from this single account.Administrators can enable or disable SMS functionality for individual departments.
