Dashboard

A graphical overview of invoices, quotations, expenses and leads is displayed on the dashboard.The total amount paid, due and overdue of the invoice is represented by a pie chart, whether the quote is converted to an invoice - you can see the amount through the pie chart.The monthly fee costs for each category are represented graphically. POS (Point of Sale) Module

We have a simple POS module and the system is fully interactive and user friendly. Ability to process multiple bills, add customers and products, search products from the POS.Ability to issue purchase orders to suppliers and invoice customers. Organize inventory with product details such as category, subcategory, product price.Inventory tracking with automatically updated inventory levels whenever a sale and purchase is made. Profit calculations are based on discounts.

Inventory management

Manage your inventory by enabling inventory management that will affect your system inventory. If inventory is not available, no invoices can be created.When your warehouse or store has a low number of items, the system will send out an alert as a notification.

Control your products with stock transfers/adjustments.

Stock transfer:Inventory transfer function is the process of moving inventory from one location to another.
