You can adapt Quform to a registration form, quote or any form field you want, as well as send you an email, and optionally save the form data to a database.You can quickly set up a form to send custom auto-response messages to form users.

Quform has a purpose-built validator and filter framework (inspired by the Zend framework) that gives you full control over what data is allowed to be sent to you.The default settings are good enough for many users, but if you need to make sure your visitors fill in the fields correctly, you'll be glad you bought this!

While you can easily change the styles to suit your own website, we provide 3 ready-to-use themes to help you get started with form design.

Quform uses UTF-8 encoding by default, which means that form information submitted in many other languages will be passed to you. This is obviously essential if your website is not in English.Of course, it also works perfectly in English.

We have added support for file upload fields. You can attach these uploads to emails sent to you. You can also store them in folders on the server.

If I could, I would give Quform 10 stars for the Responsive Ajax Contact Form! My host server platform is Microsoft IIS and mail is SMTP with authentication.I originally purchased a similar contact form from Envato for a higher price. After two days of troubleshooting it didn't work.Then I purchased Quform, entered the exact same email parameters and it worked great!I just made some simple CSS changes to make the color look better match my site theme, that's all. No need to contact support - the product is up and running within 30 minutes.I want every author to write documentation as well as ThemeCatcher. Sincere thanks.

Requirements

PHP-enabled server (version 5.5 or higher)
Basic knowledge of PHP is recommended to be comfortable with forms, but the documentation is extensive so you probably won't need any

A regular license allows you to use Quform on one website, but you can have multiple forms on that website.If you want to use Quform on other websites, you need to purchase an additional regular license.
