Use nMon to monitor your website to find out why it's malfunctioning or loading slowly. - service monitoring
Easily monitor the status of any TCP or UDP service (e.g. FTP, SMTP, HTTP, etc.) by checking.
Also, you can test if your server's IP address is blacklisted or if your DNS server is working as expected.
If PHP's exec() function is allowed on your hosting server, you can also monitor the host using ICMP Ping. - Alerts and Events

If an alert is triggered, an event will be created and you will be notified immediately.

REQUIREMENTS
To run nMon, your hosting server must support the following:
- PHP 5.4 or higher (PHP 7.1 recommended for best performance)
- MySQL 5.x or higher (MariaDB 10 recommended for best performance)
- PHP PDO MYSQL extension
- Enable PHP FSOCKOPEN
- Enable PHP EXEC (optional for ping checks)
- Cronjobs
