The Interactive US Map Plugin gives you an easy way to install and customize a professional-looking interactive US map with 50 clickable states and DCs, then insert a shortcode in any page or post to display the map.

How to update plugins?

• Updated via Wordpress Admin- Deactivate and delete the plugin from your WordPress admin Plugins > Installed Plugins. Then upload, install and activate the updated plugin us-map. zip file as a new plugin.
• Updated via sFTP- If you can access your site files via sFTP, you can replace the plugin files with the updated files.Go to wp-content/plugins/us-map and replace the files with the files in the updated plugin's zip file.

Notes on the update:

• The update mostly adds a new feature that enhances the look of the map, so if you're happy with your existing plugin, you won't have to upgrade.
• If you are using v2.2.0 or newer, your existing customizations should be preserved after the update (except lake and border colors).
• Remember that the plugin comes with 3 installable instances, so you can install a second instance of us-map-ii. Compress and test us-map before updating it. compression
• After an update, you may need to clear the cache file (Ctrl+F5) to see the new update.
