Drag and drop form builder
With a simple and intuitive drag-and-drop form builder, you don’t need any coding experience. (But if you’re familiar with CSS, you can enter custom code directly into the form settings.)
The builder has four sections to help you fully customize your shape:
- Form settings: Use the tabs at the top to name the form, choose a form type, and customize settings. We’ve included over 30 themes to get you started, and you can use different fonts and sizes.
- Formularelement: Over 35 awesome form elements are displayed in the list on the right. Just add a container and drag the elements you want to contain.
- form layout: In the middle of the screen, you can arrange the layout of the form. Add multiple containers, then drag and drop elements to build the layout you like. The Form Builder will automatically save your layouts periodically, so you won’t lose any changes.
- element settings: After clicking on the form element, the settings will open on the left side of the screen. It can have skins, interfaces, items, validation and logic sections from which you can customize how form elements work.
Material Inspiration Theme
In version 3.5, we’ve completely reworked all of our form elements with over 38 material-inspired themes, including light and dark color schemes.
We even have a customizer from which you can choose colors and create your own theme.
All previous themes have been deprecated and removed. If your form is using one, it will be automatically upgraded.
We plan to improve the Bootstrap theme and add more skins in the future.
repeatable element
eForm v3.5 comes with a new form element called repeatable element.
You can use this to give the user the option to add more “rows” to the form. Each repeatable element can contain any number of radio, checkbox, drop-down, or text elements.
Given the options, your users can repeat the grouped element as many times as they want.
Of course, we provide the configuration to limit the repetition to between the minimum and maximum value.
Scoring and ranking system
You can now assign scores and ranks to users based on their submissions (for example, score-based quizzes).Adding gradable elements is quick and easy, and the system automatically generates a total score for each user. For free-type answers, you can review and manually assign points so that those points can also be taken into account.
You can view scores and rankings from the dashboard, or you can choose to allow users to view results from their portal.Depending on the score, you can automatically assign different names to users (eg.”Novice” or “Expert”, etc.), and can configure your form to display different messages based on the user’s score segment. This is also useful for customizing user notification emails or sending targeted emails to specific tiers/designated users.
Correct and incorrect answers can be highlighted in the user’s email notification and citation pages when the user views the submission. You can even allow users to download printable certificates, usingEksporto kromaĵo.
WordPress core integration
With eForm v3.6, you can let your users log in, register, update metadata and/or submit guest blogs from eForm. All elements will be properly themed and look nice and seamless in your website.
Integrating registration and guest blogging effectively allows you to let your users register and submit guest blogs at the same time.If the user is already registered and logged in, the eForm will not display the registration field.
You can also add custom meta values from other eForm elements when registering, or simply update the meta value for logged in users. Read more about ithere.
With the release of v3.6.2, it is completely possibleCreate and manage user profilesThe form will:
- Fetch and pre-populate Freetype and MCQ elements from user metadata.
- Update user metadata when the form is submitted.
Please read thisarticle to find out more.
Multiple Conditional Conditional Logic
When adding elements in the form builder, you can set their initial state to “show” or “hidden”.You can then configure the form to respond to each user, and you can show or hide new elements based on their previous answers.
Just define each of your elements (for example, as multiple choice questions or feedback and uploads) and apply your own rules to any element or group.Multiple logic can be combined for more complex personification.
Conditional logic and conditional validation rules ensure your forms are smart, relevant, and effective, saving you and your users time and collecting the data you really want.
math evaluator
We’ve included a math evaluator element that allows you to calculate complex formulas in no time. You can drag this feature from the element list in the form builder and add it to your form. Enter your own formula and leave the rest to the math evaluator!
You can assign numeric values to existing elements (for example, the price of an item), or use numeric elements so that users must enter or select a numeric value (for example, a rating).
Smart and secure file uploader
With the eForm form builder, you can request the user to upload a file as part of the submission by simply dragging and dropping files onto the form. Each file upload generates a unique identification number through which further action can be taken.
The file uploader is completely safe and will not accept any potentially harmful or risky files. When a user uploads a file, it is stored in yourwp-content/upload
directory, not in our plugins directory, so it’s automatically protected by your own security settings.
Cost Estimation and Payment
With the help of the eForm Math Evaluator and Numerical Elements, you can easily create complex and simple cost estimation forms.Take values from MCQ and add them or enter your own arithmetic formulas to estimate costs.
Once the estimate is complete, use the eForm payment system or the built-in WooCommerce integration to collect payments.
Check out our demos for a range ofCost Estimator and Payment Form.
Complete commit management
All user submissions are stored in your database, so you have full access through the admin dashboard and can view, sort and/or edit the data at any time. You can also choose to enable registered users to browse and edit their own submissions through the portal page.
All forms are submitted securely and spam bots will always be ignored, so you can be sure to get real feedback/data from your users. For added security, you can add a captcha element from the form builder.
Reporting and Analysis
From your admin page, you can view and configure detailed statistics, charts, graphs and graphs to interpret your captured data.Explore submissions in detail, view summaries, and run in-depth reports and analysis using the investigative analysis tools. You can also useexporter plugin.
If you only need the submitted CSV file, then with eForm v3.4 you don’t need to get the exporter plugin. You can have this functionality built in.
Automatic notification email
Our beautiful and responsive notification emails are designed to be clean and crisp, so you can personalize them to fit your own branding style.Easily change logos, form header images, and email accent colors from your admin dashboard.
You can then fully customize the notification message – for example, you might want to thank users for taking your quiz or survey and let them know how to log in, view their submissions, or take another quiz.
You can also set up admin notification emails and configure your settings from the dashboard.
eForm is fully integrated with the best email marketing tools: Campaign Monitor, Get Response, Aweber and MailChimp.Email addresses are stored in your eForm database, so targeted marketing messages can be easily sent to specific groups of users.
It is also possible to hide the notification email and display a payment retry link for incomplete or unpaid submissions. This is useful for creating paid and certified quizzes.
PayPal and Stripe payment options
We’ve also integrated our form builder with PayPal and Stripe so you can make payments quickly and securely.Use simple toggles on the admin dashboard to enable one or more payment systems, enter mathematical formulas to calculate totals, and set currency codes.
Customize product names, numbers and invoice IDs, and the form builder also allows custom coupon codes for discounts.
WooCommerce integration
eForm v3.4 takes payment options a step further by integrating with the very popular WooCommerce plugin.
With eForm, you can modify the price of any existing WooCommerce product (depending on any mathematical element) anytime, anywhere and automatically add product attributes to the order. These properties are generated from variables that you use in mathematical formulas.
After submitting the form, the user will be taken to the cart or checkout page to complete the payment.

Custom URL submission
eForm v3.5 is now able to send data to custom URLs. You can select any element from the form and send its data through custom parameters of your choice. You can even change the HTTP method to GET or POST. This also applies to SSL.
Default and URL/meta-based prepopulation
Many form elements can now have default values. These include single options, multiple options, thumbnails, drop-down lists, and free-type elements.
Additionally, the state of a free-type element can be read-only. you can read more about ithere.
Free and fast support
We know that reading a lot of documentation can be tedious and time-consuming, so you’ll see a help icon next to each element in the form builder to guide you through the function to use.

Requirements
Before you make a purchase, please make sure that your server meets the following minimum requirements:
- WordPress version: 4.4+
- PHP Version: 5.4+ (required for eForm v3.3+. PHP 5.2 and 5.3 will no longer work.). PHP 7.2 is recommended.
- Recommended PHP memory limit: 128M or more. But should also work on 64M, depending on the number of plugins.
- MySQL Version: 5+
- PHP GD with FreeType font support. (common for most web hosts)
Compatibility
Since version 2.x, pro plugins can work side by side with free plugins. However, the professional plugin doesn’t import any data from the free plugin, so you’ll have to do it manually if you want to.It is recommended that you remove the free plugin before installing the pro as you will no longer need it.
It is impossible for us to make the plugin compatible with every theme on the market. If your theme follows WordPress coding standards then this plugin will definitely work.
Some reasons why the plugin might not work with some themes:
- Your theme or any other plugin changes the WordPress default jQuery file.
- Your theme or any other plugin has changed the WordPress default jQuery UI file.
- Your theme or any other plugin contains a different copy of jQuery or jQuery UI than its own resources.
Whatever the reason, it’s not the standard way to change any of the default built-in WordPress files. If the form doesn’t seem to apply to your theme, please check ourSupport forum. We will assist you in contacting the developer of the incompatible theme/plugin to resolve the issue. We also published a series oftroubleshooters, This might come in handy.
