Various pricing plans

BRW supports the administrator to set the price:
- By the hour: Unlimited rental hours (applicable to orders that are rented for more than 24 hours).
- In days.
- Mix between days and hours.
- by time period.
- Set a fixed price from location A to location B.
- By season and holiday.
- According to the number of guests (for example: the price is based on the number of adults, the price is based on the number of children).
- Set discounted prices based on rental days.

Calendar service booking

In the booking form, the calendar will be displayed in the 'Pick-up and drop-off date' fields, so customers can simply click on the expected date to make the booking.

Availability calendar

This calendar helps visitors understand the availability and non-availability dates of specific products.
Using the hourly rental option, the calendar will show the number of orders on a specific date and the time period booked by other customers
With the daily rental option, the calendar will show the daily price
Use different calendar templates: year, month, week, day, list

Automatic email notification

After booking or cancellation, a confirmation email or cancellation email will be automatically sent to the customer's email address without any staff.Especially x days before the pick-up date, the customer will receive a reminder email.

Powerful search function

Customers can use search tools to filter products and services according to their needs, no matter what device they use to search:
- pick a day

Create an order manually

This feature is critical when an admin wants to add an offline order while receiving a booking request over the phone or directly, so the admin will instantly manage two kinds of orders: online and offline.

The visitor creates a booking request, which the admin will receive. Admins can call or email visitors to confirm bookings.

Cancellation

In some unexpected circumstances, customers want to cancel their order. The plugin supports them for cancellation. All cancellations are automatically approved without any effort.Customers and administrators will automatically receive cancellation email notifications. After receiving the cancellation, the administrator pays the customer.
