Accept recommendations, customize styles, themes and layouts

It is recommended to add it manually or use the front-end form. You can also get comments from other platforms such as Google and Yelp.With all of this, it's also important to showcase recommendations, and we've made sure you have some themes and layouts to choose from.

Testimonials Rest API

Recommendation API Open your public recommendations to the WordPress REST API. This means that if enabled, other websites or applications can look up recommendations from your website and display them on their website.This is no different from the pages and blog posts already provided by the REST API.

An example use is a multisite network or external mirror site where you have a main site with referrals and all subsites need to show the same referrals as well.Beforehand, you need to export and import your testimonials to each sub/external site and update each site regularly.Using the API, subsites always display the current set from the main site.

API review platform

Display business reviews from Facebook, Google, Yelp and Yellow Pages. Using these providers' APIs, your reviews are always updated. No need to manually add them to your site.All layouts and themes are available. Some suppliers require their specific style (star color) and branding.

API Platform Requirements: Facebook, Google, and Yellow Pages require API or token keys from their sites. Steps on how to obtain a token/API key are available on our support site.

Note that the US Yellow Pages are the only Yellow Pages that provide API access.

• Review snippets in Google Search are based on the type of schema used and the type of site they are on. Not all schema types are eligible for stars in Google search results.
• Google API: Requires that your business has a physical address, not a service area business.
• Facebook API: You must be an administrator of the Facebook page. Facebook also does not provide a rating of recommended/not recommended reviews (1-5)
