BeDesk is a self-hosted, feature-rich customer support, ticketing, email management and help desk software that can be set up without any coding or server knowledge.

It can automatically convert emails to tickets/responses and send BeDesk’s agent replies as emails. Customers can also create tickets and replies directly from the BeDesk website.
